The Keyence VHX-5000 offered here was purchased in 2015.  It is for sale because we replaced it with a more recent VHX-7000 with LIBS-material identification unit EA-300.

Our VHX-5000 was always used in the clean atmosphere of our lab and less than 2.000 hours in total.
